Body is a simple drawing tool. Paint on a human silhouette — front and back — to map what you're feeling, where you're feeling it.

There are no prompts. No questionnaires. No "how are you today?" Just a body, some colors, and your hand.

What makes it different:

• Texture — choose how the feeling sits: heavy, sticky, light, or blurred
• Temperature — the same black feels different when it's burning versus freezing. Slide between cold and hot to shift how your strokes behave
• Rhythm — draw fast, and the stroke shatters into particles. Draw slow, and it softens into a bloom. Your pace is part of the picture
• Label — tap anywhere to leave a word. Or don't. The tool never asks
